Due to the speciality nature of our business, filling cancelled bookings at short notice is rarely possible. For this reason we have a strict deposit and cancellation policy. Please read the information below carefully prior to booking. By proceeding with booking you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms. Thank you!
A $100 non-refundable deposit must be paid via internet banking within 24 hours of booking. If the deposit is not paid in this time, unfortunately we will need to make your slot available to other clients.
BALANCE OF PAYMENT
Weekend bookings require FULL balance of treatment to be paid via internet banking at least 48 Hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Weekday bookings require balance of treatment to be paid at the time services are rendered. The balance can be paid onsite via Eftpos or cash.
Appointments cancelled between 72 hours and 24 hours of appointment:
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. With this in mind your appointment may be rescheduled once without loss of deposit. However, any subsequent cancellation will result in loss of your deposit and if you choose to rebook you will be required to pay another deposit to secure your new appointment.
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of appointment:
As cancellations significantly impact our business, no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of appointment will result in the immediate loss of your deposit. If you choose to rebook you will be required to pay another deposit to secure your new appointment.

EMCO Studio operates out of premises owned by another company - Licensed Renovations. Unfortunately onsite carparks are reserved for their exclusive use so please park on the street or over the road at St Lukes mall.
The Building is a black house with “Licensed Renovations" signage - please just knock on front door.
